I have apache with fileprotect disabled because I have sites that use common PHP includes. This worked perfect for me until I had accounts that I don't want to access other users' files.

Is there a way to enable fileprotect and exempt some users?

I am unable to user php mod_userdir because I run php on suex.

thanks

I didn't had much time lately, but I will gladly write the tutorials you requested in a week at most.

I would love to see a tutorial on installing and configuring a firewall in combination/integrated with cPanel.
Which firewall is best and easiest to configure for a beginner.
What are the pitfalls and dangers of locking yourself out completely
Maybe some pointers aimed at Cloud servers.

While I'm at it...
Another tutorial that would interest me is advanced configurations for email (POP3, IMAP & SMTP) in cPanel
I've searched everywhere for information how to have different settings per domain or (resellers)account.
having only IMAP enabled and POP3 disabled (without getting an email every 5 minutes that POP failed because it couldn't connect to port 110)
