The only drawback I found with Host Gator is their security policy of their billing system. Although they have recently upgraded the system and now finally have the possibility to use symbols in your password, I still find it quite a security issue that your billing account password is displayed on the profile landing page and that there are billing employees who have access to view your password. In their opinion it shouldn’t be an issue that these people have access to your credit card details.
